Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
